Registrations for ISH North America 2006 open for industry professionals

Atlanta, GA: The fourth edition of ISH North America 2006, the international trade show for Kitchen & Bath, Plumbing, Commercial/Industrial PVF, Heating and Air Conditioning, announces a practical, comprehensive educational program to address contemporary topics.  This seminar schedule, created by the industry for the industry, promises to be one of the most important business development opportunities of the year.  Seminar and Show Registration is now open and available at www.ish-na.com.

Changes enhance Seminar Program
As a result of exhibitor and attendee feedback from the 2004 show in Boston, the ISH North America educational program will have several exciting updates when the event opens this fall in Chicago. To create the opportunity for more in depth discussion within each scheduled topic, the length of each seminar has been extended to 90 minutes from the 60 minute length offered in 2004.  To reduce the overlap of seminar times and exhibit hours, five seminar time slots will be available over the three-day event.  Thursday and Friday, September 28 and 29, seminars will run from 9:00 am – 10:30 am, and 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.  On Saturday, September 30, the final show day, only the morning time slot will be offered. The reduction in overlap allows more time for attendees to explore products on the show floor and stay abreast of new product introductions while networking with manufacturers.

Code Track Added to Seminar Lineup
New Industry partners at ISH North America promise to bring more educational opportunities to the attendees.  With direction and input from the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), ISH North America has added a Code track to address the needs of this association’s membership and relevant show attendees. Topics include an overview of the updates and changes within the 2006 Uniform Mechanical Code and 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code; a seminar on the relationship between plumbing codes, product standards, and product approval; another on the state of plumbing & mechanical codes, locally and worldwide, as well as several additional topics addressing code issues and information.
